Caleb Bennett serves as the Director of International Enrollment and Services at East Tennessee State University (ETSU), bringing nearly a decade of varied experience to the role. With a diverse background in higher education leadership, Caleb spent seven impactful years within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, refining his skills and experience in recruitment strategy and admissions processes. During this period, he played a key role in shaping the undergraduate enrollment landscape at ETSU.
Prior to this and demonstrating Caleb’s commitment to international education and global connections, he spent more than one year working directly with college students in China. This international experience not only broadened his cultural understanding but also enriched his perspective on the unique challenges and opportunities facing students seeking international education.
Most recently, Caleb led the successful launch of International Enrollment & Services, a dedicated office focused on providing comprehensive support to international students. Caleb, along with a team of incredible staff, has created an office that leads forward at the university in recruitment, immigration compliance, and on-campus student support. This team ensures a smooth transition for international students into the academic and social community at ETSU and helps students succeed during their time on campus.
