John McLoughlin has over 15 years of experience building and leading teams at higher education institutions and leveraging data-driven, enrollment management practices to advance college access and improve student success. He has supervised teams in admissions and recruitment, financial aid, academic and career advising, enrollment marketing, and institutional effectiveness, and has extensive experience managing enrollment of health profession programs, including nursing (BSN, MS, DNP), medicine (MD), physical therapy (DPT), physician assistant (PA), occupational therapy, speech and hearing pathology and audiology, veterinary technology, medical imaging, mental health counseling, and social work.

Currently, John is the Director of Onshore Recruitment & Strategic Affiliations at St. George's University School of Medicine, the largest provider of doctors into first-year, US residencies for the last eight years.

John's interests include international education, accreditation and strategic planning, higher education policy, and civility in public discourse. He serves on the Membership Committee of the American Interntional Recruitment Council (AIRC) and as a moderator for the National Issues Forums Institute.
